The Hobbs Show ‘Born & Raised in Bristol’ returns on 6th February 2016 to its original home of the Passenger Shed for a spectacular evening of fashion, performance, music and of course spectacular hair.
Supported by TIGI, the event which will take place on a 20m catwalk installed specially for the night will feature Bristol’s freshest fashion talents, boutiques and some huge national brands, showcasing fashions for Spring and Summer 2016. The event will be the largest fashion show outside of London – with all profits going to Meningitis Research Foundation.
Styled by the Hobbs team, a range of models will take to the stage in Vivienne Westwood designs from Bristol’s Garment Quarter, wedding dresses from throughout the eras from Heartfelt Vintage and vintage designs from Recession Clothing. Bag maker to the stars Katcha Bilek will be showcasing her bags, beautifully constructed from recycled materials, while Clic Sargent will have their own collection featuring upcycled streetwear. House of Waladeen will also feature its handmade street clothing, designed and made in Bristol.
Music will be at the core of the show this year with performances from local Jazz artist Kizzy Morrell, all girl rock group Flowerpot, 60’s band Rockolas and five piece choir Reduced Riff Raff. The audience can expect circus acts, dancers from every genre from bhangra to breakdance and plenty of surprises to keep them guessing on stage in this whirlwind show.
Tickets go on sale on 1st December and will be priced at £40, with a limited number of VIP tickets for £65.
